Currently the coordinator of the Agribusiness practice at TozziniFreire Advogados, Vladimir was previously a partner at the firm in the Capital Markets, Banking Law, and Real Estate Business areas. He specialized in domestic and international financing operations, either through loans or operations involving capital market issuances, including initial public offerings (IPOs). He gained extensive experience in structured real estate financing operations, which led the firm to establish innovative approaches in structuring transactions. Over the years, he also acquired significant experience in transactions involving urban and rural properties, having participated in several operations related to agribusiness projects, especially forestry assets, in many Brazilian states. Additionally, he developed the Climate Change and Carbon Market practice, which has one of the most extensive experiences in Brazil. He worked as a foreign associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, USA (1998-1999). Subsequently, he headed the New York office of TozziniFreire for two years (1999-2001), advising American companies on business development in Brazil. He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a Master of Comparative Law from New York University (NYU). Vladimir is referenced in major legal guides, such as Chambers Brazil, Latin Lawyer 250, The Legal 500, and Who’s Who Legal.
