Raphael Moura holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Liverpool and a Master’s in Risk Management from Cranfield University, both in England, as well as an MBA in Enterprise Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. He graduated in Production Engineering with an emphasis on Mechatronics from CEFET-RJ and has a postgraduate degree in Offshore Systems from UFRJ.
He is an honorary researcher at the University of Liverpool, UK, and served as editor (2020-2022) for the ASCE-ASME Journal of Risk and Uncertainty in Engineering Systems Part B: Mechanical Engineering. He is an academic reviewer and author of technical publications in various international scientific journals in the fields of engineering, risk, and uncertainty.
