Paula Gianotti Duarte Gonçalves is a lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, with more than seven years of experience in Environmental Law, ESG, climate change, and sustainability. She advises Brazilian and multinational companies, financial institutions, investors, and project developers on regulatory and strategic matters related to carbon markets, CCUS, biofuels, agribusiness, energy, and environmental and social risk management.
She has experience in the legal structuring of carbon projects, ESG audits, regulatory analysis, and advisory services for initiatives related to the transition to a low-carbon economy. She also participates in institutional discussions on climate and environmental regulation, including matters related to CCUS and carbon markets.
She holds a Law degree from PUC-SP and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in ESG and Corporate Sustainability at FGV.
