Isabela Morbach holds a degree in Economic Law from FGV/SP, a Master’s degree in Financial Law and a PhD in Energy Planning, both from the University of São Paulo. She was a visiting scholar at the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial College London in 2019. She is a Counsel at Campos Mellos Advogados and Director of CCS Brasil, an organization that promotes the implementation of carbon capture and geological storage projects in Brazil.
