Geologist graduated from UNESP in 2002, with an MBA in Environmental Management from USP. He serves as Managing Partner at Hidroplan, bringing more than 20 years of technical experience and having coordinated over 400 environmental projects.
He specializes in contaminant hydrogeology, environmental site assessment, risk assessment, and remediation of impacted areas, with extensive experience in the steel industry and in onshore oil exploration and production.
In parallel, he serves as Vice President of the Brazilian Groundwater Association (ABAS), as a member of the Executive Board of the Instituto Água Sustentável, and participates in advisory committees of the National Water Resources Council and Groundwater Governance.
