PhD in Energy Planning from USP, with a visiting period at the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial College London. Master’s in Energy from USP and Chemical Engineer from Unicamp. He works in the Biofuels division at the Energy Research Company (EPE). His research focuses on the roles of bioenergy in decarbonization and the design of incentive instruments.
