Agricultural Engineer graduated from ESALQ/USP, rural producer, and senior executive with a career focused on agribusiness, infrastructure, and innovation. He has extensive experience in the São Paulo state public sector, having served as Executive Secretary of the São Paulo State Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply.
A specialist in bioenergy and international markets, he is a board member of PHIRC (Planetary Health International Research Center), an advanced planetary health research center maintained through international cooperation between USP and the French institute INRAE.
