Registration for the CARBONLESS SUMMIT is now open.
Promoted by the Sustainable Water Institute (Instituto Água Sustentável – IAS) in partnership with CCS Brasil, the CARBONLESS Summit will be held on October 13–14, 2025, at the auditorium of the Brazilian British Centre, in São Paulo, Brazil.
We kindly advise all participants to carefully review the instructions below prior to completing their registration.

About the categories and proof:
CCS Member Professionals
Applicants must upload proof of their 2025 membership fee payment at the time of registration.
If no proof is provided, or if there is any discrepancy in the documentation, the fee difference will be charged at the time of on-site check-in, according to the rates applicable on that date.
CREA / MÚTUA Professionals
Applicants must upload proof of their 2025 membership fee payment at the time of registration.

Students
Only students currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate programs (Master’s or PhD) are eligible for the STUDENT category. A valid proof of enrollment issued by the academic institution must be uploaded during registration. If no proof is provided, or if there is any discrepancy in the documentation, the fee difference will be charged at the time of on-site check-in, according to the rates applicable on that date.
Image and Voice Rights Waiver
By completing your registration, you automatically agree to the Image and Voice Rights Waiver, authorizing the use of any recordings or materials captured during the CARBONLESS SUMMIT.
Cancellations
Registration cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event date (by September 13, 2025), with a 30% administrative fee withheld from the total amount paid. After this date, no refunds will be issued. However, registration transfers to another participant (within the same category) will be allowed.
