NEW REGISTRATIONS
We kindly recommend that all participants carefully read the instructions below before completing their registration.
- For new registrations, click the “Register Now” button on this page. If you already have an account, enter your E-mail or CPF or Passport number and password. If you do not have an account yet, click the “Click here to create one” link on the screen.
- After completing your registration, click the “New Congress Registration” button.
- If you have a discount coupon, enter the code in the indicated field and click the “Validate coupon” button. The discount will be automatically applied to your registration.
- Choose your registration category.
- For participants registering under the “CCS Members” category, it will be mandatory to upload proof of membership at the time of registration.
- After payment of the registration fee, participants will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address provided in the registration form within a maximum of 3 business days.
- Participants who do not remember their password to access the Participant Area may recover it by entering their registered e-mail address. Instructions to create a new password will then be sent to this e-mail address.
PAYMENT METHODS
- PIX
- Credit Card: Registrations made by credit card will only be confirmed after payment approval by the card issuer.
- Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário): The boleto will expire two days after the registration is completed on the website. After this period, the boleto will be automatically canceled. Failure to make the payment will require the issuance of a new boleto with updated pricing according to the current registration fee table. To generate an updated boleto, participants must log in to the congress system using the login and password created at the time of registration and issue a new boleto.
IMAGE AND VOICE RIGHTS AUTHORIZATION
By completing your registration, you automatically agree to the Image and Voice Rights Authorization, permitting the use of any recordings or materials captured during the CARBONLESS SUMMIT.
CANCELLATIONS
Registration cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days before the event date (until August 2, 2026), subject to a 30% (thirty percent) administrative fee deducted from the total amount paid. After this date, no refunds will be issued; however, registration transfers to another participant (within the same category) will be permitted.
