PhD candidate and Master’s degree holder in Public Policy from UFRJ, and Mechanical Engineer from UFF. He has over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with expertise across the entire production chain, from upstream to downstream. He currently serves as an Account Manager at DNV and is the focal point for CCS initiatives in the region.
