Geologist graduated from UFPR, specializing in Environmental Tracers at the Joanneum Research Institute (Austria) and in Municipal Water Resources Management. He is a career public servant with extensive experience in the public sector, having served as President of the Water and Land Institute (IAT) and as Paraná State Secretary for Sustainable Development.
He has also served as President of the Brazilian Groundwater Association (ABAS) and coordinated the Paraná State Water Resources Plan.
